Every order tracked through four clear stages

Once a buyer places an order on your Growkit catalog, it enters a delivery pipeline with four stages you control. You update the status as the order moves — the buyer sees the update on their order page in real time.

Order placedUpdated by: BuyerBuyer places the order from your catalog. You get a notification immediately.
ConfirmedUpdated by: SellerYou review and confirm the order. The buyer is notified that their order is confirmed and being prepared.
DispatchedUpdated by: SellerYou mark the order as dispatched and attach proof — the LR number, courier tracking ID, or a photo of the delivery receipt. The buyer gets a dispatch notification.
DeliveredUpdated by: Seller or BuyerThe order is marked as delivered once the buyer receives it. The invoice payment link stays active until payment is settled.

Attach dispatch proof to every delivery

When you mark an order as dispatched, Growkit lets you attach the proof document directly to the order — the Lorry Receipt (LR) number, courier tracking ID, AWB number, or a photo of the goods leaving your warehouse. Your buyer sees this proof on their order page.

This eliminates the most common dispute in B2B deliveries: "I never received it" vs "we sent it on the 14th."

Buyers get notified automatically — without you doing anything

At every stage change — order confirmed, order dispatched, delivery proof attached, invoice sent, payment reminder — your buyer gets a notification via WhatsApp or SMS. You don't send these manually. Growkit sends them automatically when you update the order status.

  • Order confirmed by seller
  • Order dispatched (with proof document link)
  • Invoice sent (with payment link)
  • Payment reminder (on due date and after)
  • Order delivered

Payment is linked to delivery — always

In Growkit, the GST invoice is generated when you confirm the order, and the payment status tracks separately from delivery status. This means you can see, for every order: whether it's been delivered, and whether it's been paid — as two separate pieces of information. An order can be delivered but unpaid. An order can have advance payment recorded but not yet delivered. The dashboard shows you both, always.

Most Indian B2B sellers track deliveries on one WhatsApp group and payments on another. Reconciling the two at the end of the month is painful. Growkit links them automatically — every order shows its delivery status and its payment status side by side.

One dashboard for all your orders

The Growkit orders dashboard shows every order from every catalog — open and private — in one list. Filter by status (pending, dispatched, delivered), by buyer, or by payment status (paid, unpaid, overdue). Export to Excel any time for your accounts team.

Frequently asked questions

Can my buyer confirm delivery from their side?

Yes. Buyers can mark an order as received from their order page. This updates the delivery status to Delivered and creates a record of the buyer's confirmation — useful in case of payment disputes later.

What delivery proof formats does Growkit accept?

You can enter a text LR number or tracking ID, or upload a PDF or photo file as the dispatch proof. The buyer sees a link to the proof document on their order page.

Can I manage deliveries for multiple stores in one dashboard?

Yes. If you have multiple stores on Growkit, all orders from all stores appear in one orders dashboard. You can filter by store to see orders from a specific location.
